mahirap namang ibaba pa yung price e currently P1,550 na per square meter ang bentahan dun...square lot pa with 4 titles...prime location...sayang talaga for me pero we just need extra capital for our business here in manila kaya we tried to dispose this property...anyway madami rin inquiries....and hopefully mabenta agad....Last Price is P1,000 per square meter or P328,000 for the entire 4 lot covering 328sqm (box type)...tnx
