I am selling my 328 square meter lot in Villa Katrina, Pahinga Norte Candelaria Quezon. The market price as of now is at P1,500 per square meter but i am willing to sell it at P1,000 per square meter only UNTIL MARCH 15 ONLY. No plan na of having a house sa candelaria kasi settled na kami dito sa manila. Its a nice subdivision and yung location ko is really good. House or apartment pwede kasi yung 328 sqm na yan ay 4 lots na box type in between 2 streets (back to back)..so maganda patayuan ng house or apartment (for investment and income generating property). Permalink Reply by Froilan Lajara Remo on March 3, 2009 at 6:02am: actually i am selling it at P1,000 per square meter....ang market value nya ngayon ang P1,500...so if your going to buy it me expected investment return ka na in the amount of P492,000 samantalang ang total selling price ko lang ay P328,000 meaning me sure earnings ka na in the future na P164,000. Ang nagbago is my date kasi masyado madami ang nag-iinquire pero wala pa close deal...so i am giving all inquiries until March 15 to decide on my offer or i will have it na lang as my investment...sayang din kasi...but still need additional capital kaya MARCH 15 will be decision day.
